Send your parcel early ‘til late, 7 days a week from more than 100 locations across Ireland. You can easily book online to send a parcel within Ireland or to the UK. Simply generate your label, attach it to your parcel and drop it off at your local Parcel Motel or Parcel Motel Point.
And with a nationwide network in Ireland – with Parcel Motels located in petrol stations, convenience stores, supermarkets and shopping centres – wherever you are, there’s a good chance there’s a Parcel Motel near you.

How to send a parcel

ENTER DETAILS
Sign into your Parcel Motel account, select the required locker size for your parcel and confirm your parcel is less than 10 kgs. Then enter the destination details for the parcel.

PRINT & ATTACH LABEL
Print out the barcoded send label that is emailed to you or download and print the PDF label. Attach the send label to the outside of your parcel.

SCAN & CONFIRM
At your registered Parcel Motel location, scan the barcoded send label and place your parcel in the open locker. Close the locker door and press ‘Confirm’ on the screen.

Fully Tracked Service
We’ll confirm by text (and email) that your parcel is on our Parcel Motel and you’ll be able to track the delivery of your parcel in real time. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for your parcel to reach the UK and 2 working days for Ireland & Northern Ireland or another Parcel Motel collection location.
Parcel Size and Weight
Please note we charge by size and weight. The largest Parcel Motel locker size is 41 × 38 × 64 cm. The maximum weight is 10 kgs.
